Waffles, freshly made pan ice-creams, sandwiches, they have it all. Ice Kraft is the new place that is creating quite a stir.

The Mumbai based franchisee has recently launched in Nepal and it is creating a stir. They have a total of sixteen to seventeen outlets in India, and the newest one is located in Kamaladi. It offers a wide variety of sweet and savory items and all of them are exceptionally goodThey are extremely innovative and have a wide variety of unique and mouthwatering ice cream flavors such as lemon blueberry cheesecake, intense dark chocolate and bannofie pie. Alongside that, they also plan to bring some new items to their menu: tacosroll ice creams served in tacos and friffles- a mix between cone and fries.

We opted for the ever-so-famous black monster ice-cream. The ice-cream comes in a black icecream cone, topped off with whipped cream, hot fudge and chocolate chips. The flavor of the cone is of chocolate and it is made black through edible charcoal. The cone is crunchy and goes perfectly with the soft ice-cream. Speaking of the ice-cream, they used rolled pan ice-cream. The flavor of the ice-cream itself is chocolate and it is rich and velvety. They have used edible charcoal to make the ice cream black as well. While one may think that edible charcoal may taste bitter, but you will experience the taste of chocolate in a whole new way.

Another dish that we tasted was the sandwich. The sandwich was made with assorted veggies such as bell peppers, roasted cherry tomatoes, picked vegetables, and french beans, topped with fusilli pasta and caeser dressing between two perfectly toasted multi grain wheat bread. Every element of the dish went perfectly together. If you are carb conscious, you can opt for the salad option as well, which will come with the same thing minus the bread.

Lastly, we had the churros waffles. These waffles were made from a churro batter instead of the regular waffle batter are a delight to have. It was topped off with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. These churro waffles were crispier from the outside and light and fluffy from inside. It was served with the chocolate sauce and whipped cream, a match made in heaven.
