This article discusses seven transformative aspects: investment in skills, growth through competition, the power of networking, the importance of team building, contributions to society, the role of education, and the profound impact of parenthood.

7 things that have turned my life upside down

Investment - When we hear this word, often times it's only about monetary transactions in business, but my investment was in my own skills. I spent most of my money sharpening what I was already good at, and over the years, it has made me who I am today.

Competitions - I love competitions; everyone does, I guess. Competition has really helped me unlock my hidden strengths. The competition is not only about winning or losing but also about being better than yourself, and if you give yourself a few years, even small progress every month will surprise you. Things you once thought impossible have become the new normal.

Networking - This is probably the most important of them all. It's with the power of networking that all that we have done so far has become possible.

Team Building - Whatever we become in Life, nothing comes close to the confidence of having a strong team around you. We spent a few years grooming the members we have today, and everyone has their own set of expertise. This is by far the best outcome of my life.

Social Work - We must always remember to do whatever it takes to contribute for the betterment of those around us, our society, and our nation as a whole. This should come from our hearts. Our contribution towards health and wellbeing through fitness over the span of 8 years has gained us an influence in Nepal that is so strong that it has changed me and my perspective on life.

Education - We should always strive to be better and live our lives to their fullest potential. Without education, it's merely possible. If you want to be the best at something or anything, education is the only way forward. My investment in education (exercise science) has helped me grow immensely.

Janvee - When you see a child grow, week by week, month by month, year by year.... the attachment towards that new life opens a new dimension of life. My daughter, Janvee, is a true blessing in my life. The thought of her presence makes a responsible citizen, a responsible husband, a responsible dad, and a responsible son. She just turned 2 years old a few weeks ago. I literally have no words to comprehend how amazing it is to spend time with the little ones.
