Exercise and Healthy Eating
Any new lifestyle change like exercising and eating healthy can seem overwhelming at first, but the results you get from sticking to it is amazing. Take it one day at a time, one healthy choice at a time. Stay with it and you’ll thank yourself later.
ARE YOU ANNOYED by people who look like they enjoy exercising? What about people who eat healthy with little to no effort? You may be asking yourself why it’s so easy for them but such a struggle for you. Well, the reason is simple: Time!
The longer you follow the healthy lifestyle, the easier it becomes and the best part is that you will actually start to enjoy them. Trust me, you may find it hard to believe but that happens. If I went back in time and told me from 7 years ago that I’d be exercising, eating healthy and embracing the healthy lifestyle, the old me would’ve laughed at my face.
The main problem is people look at exercising as something they have to do rather than something they want to do. And that needs to change. Your first step in getting to that healthy place is to change your attitude.
What does a healthy lifestyle look like? For some, it looks like a life without any fun. You have to wake up early in the morning, slog through boring and long workouts, avoid going out to eat and spend time drooling over your friends food. What kind of fun is that? At first, it may look like you have to give up everything to lose weight. But the thing people don't understand is the fact that the changes that it brings to your body and mind are meaningful and satisfying. Also, the occasional momos and junk food after you lose a few kilos won’t hurt you in the long run.
