Dogs eat a lot adding up our expenses, bark a lot creating noisy environment, poop a lot and even eating their own poop, their furs stuck on the carpet and making it hard to clean. They are expensive and require lot of our time.  Why do people still think of getting a dog as pet? In spite of the above mentioned hardships, there is something unexplainable emotion and attachment that we feel towards this furry creature.  It feels wonderful to think that there is someone loyal, protective, and waiting all day long for you peeping through the door. Either you had an awful day at office or terrible day at college; it takes just one wet kiss and a furry hug from your dog to turn that frown upside down. They are always up to something silly and funny antics to bring a smile in your face. “Only someone who owns a dog knows the true meaning of unconditional love.” says Sajak Rokaya, a dog lover.  Besides the emotional connection, it has been shown in various researches that dogs are considered best as an animal therapy who can help in reducing anxiety, stress and depression, and easing out of social isolation.
