  1. What role has love and sisterhood played in your lives, and how does it reflect in the content you create together?

Since we were young children, sisterhood has been a pillar in our lives, with Princy and us being best friends. We shared adventures, secrets, and dreams. Our sisterhood has grown stronger each year, and we know we will always have each other's backs. Our content symbolizes this strong tie, connecting with a diverse audience by representing roles like mother-daughter or male-female which goes beyond simply being twins. Every video has authenticity because of our affection for each other and our shared experiences.

 

  1.  How has being twins influenced your journey and strengthened your bond, both personally and professionally?

Aaesha, our sister, initiated our journey when she proposed exploring twin content on TikTok. We decided to do more research after receiving positive feedback about our first video. Our shared interest in creating content brought us closer than ever, despite being in different schools and faculties. We started exchanging ideas, working together on scripts, and shooting scenes together while pausing for some minutes. Even though balancing our busy schedules was challenging, we comforted ourselves with the fact that our love for making content strengthened the bond of siblings. The first paid project we did and subsequent collaborative music videos were the beginning of our transition from private individuals to professionals. After five years in the industry, which has been a mix of challenge and success as siblings bonded even more, we look forward to our next escapade.

 

  1. Take us back to the initial days of your content creation journey. What inspired you to step into the world of digital content, and how did you overcome challenges starting small?

The initial stages were highlighted by twin content on social media, which drew attention and created the ground for our professional jump. Our journey combines luck, hard effort, and determination. Initially functioning as a focus point for many, we shifted to music videos and, after two years on TikTok, noticed an increase in brand partnerships. Consistency, along with an emphasis on scriptwriting and video quality, has been critical to overcoming obstacles. Even our brand collaborations, such as the one with Sunsilk, became an important part of our story as they helped us reach a wider audience and establish credibility in the industry.

 

 

  1. With your family being part of your online presence, how do you navigate and strike a balance between sharing your lives digitally while maintaining a sense of privacy and security?

Maintaining a balance between our personal and work lives is critical for us. While our vlogs may occasionally involve our parents, we make a concerted effort to keep family out of the majority of our content. Our choice to divide personal and professional lives, particularly concerning our parents, originated from a wish to protect their privacy. This decision has been critical for ensuring a safe internet presence.

 

  1. Memorable moments in your international journey as a content creator?

After getting wide engagement in a dance video set to the tune of "Badal Barsa Bijuli," our worldwide journey received a major push. Our journey in gaining recognition from our neighboring countries - Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India - as well as attracting the attention of media outlets, greatly bolstered our fame in Nepal. Despite not having any direct involvement from international partners, the video's extensive reach is a remarkable accomplishment.

 

  1. As brand ambassadors for Sunsilk, how does it feel, and what message do you aim to convey through this collaboration?

For the past three years, it has been an absolute privilege to represent Sunsilk. Growing up with this iconic brand has been a truly remarkable and fulfilling experience. Our participation in Sunsilk's Dashain Vibes campaign, where every girl has the chance to be a Sunsilk girl, holds a special place in our hearts. We wholeheartedly believe in the brand's message of inclusivity and empowerment, which aligns perfectly with our values and aspirations. Being a part of this campaign allows us to not only embrace our uniqueness but also to inspire and uplift other young girls to do the same. It is a source of pride for us to be associated with a brand that not only offers exceptional hair care products but also encourages and empowers young women to confidently express themselves and chase their dreams. There is something about the uplifting message of Sunsilk that reaches deep down into me as a person. Our collaboration with Sunsilk is more than just a partnership; it is an empowered journey together.

To captivate a wide range of viewers, brand material must be carefully crafted. Instead of a sudden commercial starting, we prioritize storytelling and frequently use new characters to make our material interesting and relevant. Princy's editing talents complement my scriptwriting expertise. Maintaining this balance guarantees that our unique qualities come through in our collective work. Sunsilk's devotion to individuality and different beauty complements our approach to creating marketing content. By spotlighting individuals' unique stories and experiences, we can engage with viewers in ways that go beyond regular advertising. Their leadership has molded both our personal and professional lives, passing on principles that motivate us to always strive for excellence and treat others with kindness and respect. They have instilled in us a strong work ethic, teaching us the importance of perseverance and integrity in everything we do. Their guidance has shaped our values and given us the tools to navigate life's challenges with dignity and kindness.

 

  1. As influential figures, what broader impact do you aspire to make, especially for young girls who look up to you? Any upcoming projects or aspirations you can give us a sneak peek into?

To be completely transparent, we strongly feel that our passion for animals resonates more deeply with our audience than our work in the professional realm. It brings us immense joy to witness others being motivated to show compassion towards street dogs and other animals, driven by our actions. We are proud to announce our upcoming collaborations with Samsung, Glow and Lovely, and Sunsilk. The ever-changing and thrilling world of music video production constantly fuels our enthusiasm and prepares us for what lies ahead.

Thanks to our amazing sister Aaesha and our whole family who have been a crucial backbone of our success. Our parents have also been instrumental in our achievements, as they highly value ethical content creation. Their wise guidance on upholding goodness, making a positive impact, and steering clear of harmful marketing targeting young ones has been invaluable. Their unwavering faith and encouragement have been the driving force behind our unrelenting five-year journey, shaping our vision of a "Smart Family."
