In 2012, when I left my job, I wanted to start a coffee shop business. I took an extensive 15 days Professional Barista course. The project didn't click, but my ample knowledge extracted the coffee lover from me afterwards.

2. Coffee of Promise, Labim Mall
Taste: when I had the first sip, I was blown away by the fully acidic flavoured coffee. Holding on to my palate it was a medium-body experience with mild sweetness after I finished my coffee. Overall coffee of promise kept its promise for good coffee.
Ambience: While visiting Saturday, Labim Bazar you can find a coffee stall serving hot and cold brew. Just pick up one of the V60 Coffee and you can enjoy it while roaming around.

Hand Brew Coffee, Jhamsikhel
Taste: The aroma was strong and when I had my first sip it gave me the spark ️of light-roast coffee beans. Holding on to my palate the coffee gives me a peculiar sweet-sour taste like a sip of wine. It was a perfect cup of hand-brew black coffee.
