A Perfect Cup

Taste: The cup welcomes me with a very mild but intoxicating aroma, covered by thin but a rich layer of crema. When I took the first sip and put it on my palate, It just melts like gourmet chocolate inside my mouth. A super perfect extraction of espresso with super balanced bitterness and acidity. When I finished the coffee it left with mild caramel and a balanced sour taste.

 

Hats off to the barista, it was the super perfect cup for me  

 

Ambience: Located on the third floor of the Labim Mall. It's a perfect happening place surrounded by other cafes and shopping outlets.

2. Hyatt Regency Kathmandu

Classy Sassy 

  

Taste: A classy medium-size cup welcomes with a mild aroma and rich crema. At a first sip, it has a bit of sourness but, while I locate it on my palate it gives me the low body experience. It's good for coffee lovers who like to have light coffee. After I finished the coffee it left a bit of an acidic-sweet bitterness experience. Overall a good cup of coffee with the luxurious and classy Hyatt experience.

 

Ambience: The lobby is very much vibrant and surrounded by a big lush green garden outside the window. It's a good place to get cosy in one of the sittings and enjoy your coffee with a book or just watch the outside view.

3. La Plaza Hotel & Restaurant, Pulchowk

Joyful Cup

 

Taste: Tried to smell the aroma but it's a bit lighter. The crema was medium and rich. When I had the first sip, the coffee was amazing with the full-body experience on my palate. I felt a mild caramel taste with zero acidity experience, even after half an hour; through the last sip of coffee.

No doubt, It was one of the good cups of coffee in my recent coffee shop visits. Good job by the barista on extracting the perfect espresso to make a perfect cup 

 

Ambience: Spacious area surrounded by ample greenery with indoor and outdoor sitting alternatives for customers. You can find a peaceful and private space of your choice.

4. Evoke, Jhamsikhel 

Big white Cup

 

Experience: The aroma was absolutely strong with a medium layer of nice crema. When I had the first sip it was a full-body experience with an earthy smell. Medium roasted beans from @nuwaestatecoffee give the Nepali coffee flavour without any acidity experience.

 

Ambience: A very bright and vibrant indoor interior was accompanied by a minimalistic wood design. Large garden space with outdoor sitting gives you the complete bistro experience.
