Taste: A medium layer of crema on the top of the coffee welcomes me with a light sense of aroma. With a medium body experience on my palate, a bit of acidic sourness remains after I finish the coffee. Overall an average cup of coffee


Ambiance:  A spacious well-designed cafe with a separate wardrobe for shopping is the unique part of the cafe design. Outdoor sitting adjacent to parking with greenery is one of the well-planned USPs of the cafe.

Filter Coffee

 

Taste: when I had a first sip the coffee was well balanced between sweetness-sourness. The filter coffee usually gives you a low-body experience on your palate compared to coffee made by the espresso machine. Overall, a nice cup of black coffee made by ultra-premium single-origin Belzi Coffee.

Ambiance: You can buy coffee packets at supermarkets and other stores. Just buy a French press or percolator and enjoy the coffee at your favorite corner of your home, office, or workplace.

A Perfect Creamy Cup 


Taste: Served in a big white cup, it was one of the delightful tastes for my eyes before I took a sip. At first sip, the coffee was simply creamy, and had a wonderful experience on my palate. Overall a strong cup of coffee with zero acidity (sourness)

Ambiance: No need to say a perfectly located wide space cafe on the top floor of Sherpa Mall complies with the brand's global guidelines. Perfect space with a vibrant ambiance and happening musical.

4. Hotel Yak & Yeti

A Classy White Cup

Taste: It welcomes you with a nice classy white coffee cup. The aroma was intoxicating but the crema is a little bit thin. When I slur and locate it gives me a medium-body but well-balanced sweet and sour taste. Overall a good cup of coffee experience.

Ambiance: The cafe at the lounge is one of the best places in the Hotel for a coffee. Located in the heart of Durbarmarg, Kathmandu the hotel's fantastic architecture is blended with royalty, paintings, and arts. It's a great experience to enjoy the coffee with an outside view of a widespread, beautiful lush green garden.
