.Beetroot Latte is a caffeine-free drink which is high in antioxidants and known for liver detoxification. The Latte is a vegan drink made from fresh beetroot juice, soymilk and vanilla extract. The Latte is served in a medium-sized glass with a velvet red beetroot base and an equal layer of foam milk over that base. The drink is very mildly sweet (although one can ask for sugar syrup if needed). In short, Beetroot Latte is a light and organic drink all of us should try as an alternative to our regular coffee-based drinks.
