In this food review, I'll be your culinary guide through a culinary adventure that will leave your taste buds dancing! From the tantalizing appetizers to the scrumptious entrees and indulgent drinks, I'll provide a mouth-watering tour of the Kyampa restau

Kyampa the social hub is something of a specialty, the restaurant provides an experience that is not easily forgotten. While the name of the restaurant has been influenced by the English word "Camp," this establishment actually offers a modernized approach to the traditional concept of a social gathering place or networking. The restaurant not only provides a variety of options for your taste buds but also clothes, handicrafts, a beauty parlor, a cafe for coffee and many more for you to explore. Kyampa the social hub is something that will keep you amazed at every single minute that you are present.

"In an organic environment, every place is unique, and the different places also cooperate, with no parts left over, to create a global whole. A whole that can be identified by everyone who is part of it."

-Christopher Alexander

Kyampa, the Social Hub is a charming restaurant located in Sanepa. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat and an experience that was hard to describe with words. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with rustic wooden tables and the environment perfect. The staffs were friendly and attentive, making sure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. Now, onto the food!

The first dish, the seared Pink Mushroom Choila was nothing far from perfection. The traditional Newari dishes were normally cooked with meat but this time with a vegetarian twist for everyone as they were magnificently cooked, with a crispy exterior and a tender, juicy center. The dish was finished with a drizzle of balsamic reduction, which added a tangy sweetness to the dish, the addition of beaten rice also comes with the dish. Overall, the flavors of the mushroom and spices were perfectly balanced, and the dish was beautifully presented.

The second dish was the Chicken Roulade with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. The grilled chicken, cooked to perfection and stuffed with spinach, was something out of this world. The texture of the dish, consisting of the chicken wrap and spinach filling, was something I tried for the first time and it blew me away from my expectations. The chef recommended eating the chicken roulade with the mashed potato, which was extremely delicious, and something of that caliber is rarely found in Nepal.

The Third dish was the Char Grilled Cajuan Spiced Chicken Salad. The first thing that struck me about this salad was its visually appealing presentation. The colorful mix of greens, tomatoes, onions, and peppers made for a beautiful plate. The chicken breast was char-grilled to perfection and seasoned with just the right amount of Cajun spices, giving it a flavorful kick without being overwhelming. I found the Char Grilled Cajun Spiced Chicken Salad to be a delicious and satisfying meal. It was filling without feeling heavy, and the combination of flavors and textures made for a well-rounded dish.

As for the cocktails, I tried two signature dishes. The first was the "Lemon Sake," which was a refreshing blend of lemon and Japanese sake. The combination of lemon and sake is a unique and interesting one, as the bright citrus flavors of the lemon perfectly complement the slightly sweet and savory notes of the sake. This particular cocktail had a beautiful golden color and was served in a chilled glass, which made it refreshing and enjoyable to drink. Each sip was better than the last.

The second cocktail I tried was the "Passion Fruit Sour" which was a cool and crisp drink made with the essence of passion fruit and vodka. The passion fruit sour cocktail had a beautiful bright orange color, which immediately caught my attention. The aroma was also quite enticing, with strong notes of tropical fruit and a hint of sweetness. The balance of sweet and tart was just right, making for a well-rounded and enjoyable drinking experience.

Overall, I would highly recommend Kyampa the Social Hub to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying dining experience. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a menu that will satisfy any palate. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the flavors are perfectly balanced, making each bite a delight. The mocktails are also a must-try, with refreshing and creative combinations that are sure to please. If you're looking for a restaurant that has it all, "Kyamap the Social Hub" is definitely worth a visit and worth your time.
