While pursuing his studies, Bishant gained practical experience at a local bakery and later worked at the prestigious Lodhi Hotel in New Delhi, followed by Le Méridien Ile Maurice in Mauritius. Working alongside skilled chefs from diverse backgrounds fueled his passion for pastry and baking. Upon his return to Nepal, he found opportunities at the Nepal Deltin Casino and Marriott Hotel. Today, Bishant is an entrepreneur and chef who also imparts his knowledge at New Summit College. His current focus lies in creating Le Monal Chocolates, exquisite confections that combine luxury with indigenous flavors, reflecting his unique vision.
