Executive Chef at The Embers Restaurant in Krishna Galli, Lalitpur, Mr. Milan Kapali, has brought to us the famed Mexican dish, Grilled fish with homemade hot salsa. A pleasant atmosphere with a truly warm service made me want to stay back at the restaurant as long as possible. While in conversation with Mr. Kapali, I couldn’t stop but salivate, with the grilled fish in front of me. This dish is truly one magnificent item on their menu that one should not miss out. It is in fact simply grilled fish marinated with the most basic ingredients you can find in any local store. Salt, pepper, paprika and lemon are all you need to make this delicious fish fillet. The marinated fish fillet is served with lip smacking hot salsa. Mr. Kapali mentioned that the hotness can be adjusted according to the taste preference of the diner. The Grilled Fish is served with finely julienned onions, cucumber and some parsley to make it a healthy as well as a tasty dish.
