If you're in the mood for a fine-dining experience, Privé is the place to go.  It is an extension of Level 3 and recently opened its doors to serve an indulgent menu of predominantly Middle Eastern cuisine, including an array of juicy chops and succulent meat grilled to perfection.

The food served here is flavored, prepared and presented to perfection.  It's everything you can expect from a conventional Middle-Eastern cuisine, served with manner and grace.  Its venue is also stunning, without the in-your-face flashiness, it is subtle and charming.

We opted for a full-portion of Raan Biryani or "Oozy Mansard Mutton (Raan Arabic Style)" as they call it. What we loved special Biryani was that the rice was not too heavy with spice, and yet was packed with a lot of aroma and flavor.  The dish comes with a juicy and tender Raan (leg of lamb), along with two different dips that add a layer of creamy richness and spicy heat.

To say the least, the food was awe-inspiring.  It left you guessing at flavor combinations and cooking techniques, while at the same time leaving you feeling fully satisfied.  Raan Biryani at Level 3 is a most try for all food lovers.
