How do you typically start your day?
Generally, he sets his alarm at 4:45 AM and is awake by 5:00 AM. 5:00 to 6:00, He enjoys reading, tries working out from 6:00 to 7:30, and freshens up and gets ready for work between 9:00 and 9:30. Did you always intend to return to Nepal?

Whenever we plant a tree, we prepare the soil first without the steps a tree won't automatically appear. In a flash, Nepal's soil has to be prepared. We haven't been able to prepare, though, in the previous ten years. The infrastructure for youth education and employment development has been discussed frequently, but not well implemented. The youths wouldn't need to leave Nepal if we provided them with these three opportunities; instead, they would return Since the working conditions abroad aren't the finest, patriotic Nepalis desire to labor domestically. The kind of tourists used to travel to Nepal is fewer in number and more like budget-friendly tourists visiting Nepal. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing in this regard. He believes that luxury tourism should be promoted as well since Nepal possesses all the necessary components and raw materials from the Himalayas to the geographic location, favorable weather, and the people. According to him, the most significant quality that Nepali people have is hospitality. Having said that improving tourism in the next 10 years will be in about the tourism decade. Since the number of tourists visiting our country will surpass all previous records in the upcoming years, we strongly need to rebrand.

Do you wish the government had taken a certain action if you want to advance in the private sector?
Communication or interaction with the government has improved greatly in the past years. The plans are formulated but not implemented and that falls back into political instability. Like how people change, If the leadership of any organization whether it be a little business or an entire nation changes frequently that business or the nation will not advance swiftly, necessitating the necessity for a stable administration. Many issues as such may be resolved via critical analysis and communication.
What is SOS? What are your responsibilities and duties?
SOS Children’s Villages was started by Hermann Gmeiner in Austria in 1949. Gmeiner, who worked in child welfare, witnessed the suffering of World War II orphans. In Nepal, we have seven villages all across Nepal where orphan kids are sheltered. He holds a belief that the reason they don’t have parents it’s not their fault. He serves on the executive board of SOS, the board is a very well-organized infrastructure internationally that makes the executive decisions as there’s a proper working committee that works under the national directors following a proper organizational chart. Consequently, the executive board members serve as guiding principles for choosing the right path.
How did your childhood go? How long did it last?
Although he attended a boarding school in India when he was very young and learned quite a bit about the entire educational system, he claims that he is fortunate to have the parents that he does and that his upbringing was wonderful. Having said that, most of his fun-filled childhood was spent at a British boarding boy's school. He participated in several sports as a child. He's content with everything that has occurred, and as a result, he is present.
How would you define Nepal youth? What do you anticipate from the elder generation in terms of the society, given that you are young?
He would characterize youths as patriotically inclined yet slightly disheartened by the circumstances. Rather than being critical of the situation, the older generation should be more supportive. He believes that the support of the family is the top incentive because very few businesses succeed right away. If that's the case, Nepal may also produce the next Mark Zuckerberg or Jeff Bezos.

Vehicle mobility is a basic requirement, and if Nepal's infrastructure had been carefully planned and constructed like it is in other industrialized nations, traffic wouldn't be an issue. Nepal lacks the infrastructure and facilities, thus if we improve the transportation system here, there would be a vehicular or traffic problem.

Having said that one critical thing, for the country, is making the whole country code system on meritocracy. Whoever is good should rise. Included in this is the elimination of nepotism, corruption, and connections. If a country can move in the system, it may quickly advance if it can make genuine systemic progress.
