Hyatt Regency Kathmandu Celebrates International Yoga Day with Pilates & Breakfast Wellness Event”

In celebration of International Yoga Day, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, under its brand-wide commitment to wellness, hosted a rejuvenating Pilates + Breakfast event in collaboration with Reform Body. Held at the elegant Regency Ballroom, the session welcomed over 40 wellness enthusiasts for a morning dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
This paid event began with a 1-hour full-body Pilates session, expertly led by certified instructors from Reform Body. Participants engaged in mindful movement focused on strength, flexibility, and balance followed by a healthy buffet breakfast at Sesame, the hotel’s signature dining venue known for its nourishing offerings.
The initiative was part of Hyatt’s global commitment to care, where wellbeing is a cornerstone value.
