The Soaltee Kathmandu hosted a 10-day Rajasthani Food Festival from July 19 to 28, 2024. The even transported guests to the heart of India's royal state, Rajasthan, known for its rich culinary heritage and exotic spices. Specialty chefs showcased the best of Rajasthani culinary traditions, including iconic dishes like Dal Bhati Churma, Rajwadi Paneer Tikka, Lal Maas, and Papad Mangodi ki Subji. Guest could also indulge in the sweet indulgence of Ghevar, a traditional Rajasthani dessert. The festival also featured live cooking stations, allowing guests to witness the mastery of Rajasthani cooking techniques firsthand. The festival was open to hotel guests and visitors, offering a vibrant culinary journey without leaving Kathmandu.
