Hyatt Regency introduced a selection of delightful Chinese delicacies for diners to welcome the Chinese New Year. The dinner was available from the 16th to the 23r of February and the brunch was hosted on the 17th of February. The café, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant took part in the weeklong memorable celebration. The menu included moon fan rice, Sanghai braise pork and dates wonton with Himalayan honey amongst many other delicacies.
