Hotel Association of Nepal Promotes Nepal Hospitality Conclave - 2024

The Nepal Hospitality Conclave, hosted by Beanstalk Asia Nepal, Water Communication, and Nepal Traveller, brought together key stakeholders from the tourism industry to discuss challenges, opportunities, and strategies for growth and building a resilient tourism industry. The event, supported by Hotel Association Nepal, was held in line with the Government of Nepal's declaration of 2025 as a 'Special Tourism Year' and the 'Nepal Tourism Decade'. Over 20 national and international panelists discussed topics such as marketing, destination development, investment, and policy reforms for tourism prosperity. The event was supported by the United States Agency for International Development Trade and Competitiveness and over a dozen national and multinational private firms. USAID Nepal's Deputy Mission Director, Ms. Karen Welch, emphasized the importance of collaboration between the government and private sector in maximizing economic growth opportunities and ensuring inclusive and sustainable tourism benefits for future generations.
