Hyatt Regency Kathmandu Hosts an Unforgettable Global Wine & Dine Experience with French Wine Expert Jonathan Dahan

Hyatt Regency Kathmandu once again raised the bar for fine dining in the city with its much-anticipated Global Wine & Dine Experience held on 22 August 2025. The evening treated guests to a five-course gourmet menu paired with five exceptional wines from France, Spain, and Argentina, curated to create harmony in every sip and bite.

The highlight of the night was the presence of Jonathan Dahan, a renowned French wine expert who flew in exclusively from France to host the dinner. With passion and storytelling, Dahan guided guests through each pour, bringing alive the terroir, heritage, and craftsmanship behind every wine. His presence transformed the evening into more than a dinner—it became a cultural journey.

Guests enjoyed dishes such as Himalayan trout with beurre blanc, chicken supreme with cherry thyme sauce, and eggplant parmigiana with rosemary polenta, followed by the indulgent Vanilla Gâteau Trois Laits, each course thoughtfully paired to enhance the wines.
