Nabil bank has appointed Mr. Upendra Poudyal as the Chairman of Nabil Bank. Mr. Poudyal had been serving as the Director of the Bank since 1st December 2017. Mr. Poudyal took over the responsibility from previous Chairman, Mr. Shambhu Prasad Poudyal, who has been the chairman since 3rd May, 2015.

Similarly, Mr. Dayaram Gopal Agrawal also completed his tenure as Board of Director representing the public shareholders today. Mr. Agrawal served the Bank in the capacity of Board of Director for more than 26 years
