Nishanth has played a crucial role in several prestigious luxury hotels and resorts, including Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, Hyatt Regency Thrissur, Hyatt Regency Trivandrum, Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands, Dream Hotel Cochin, SKS Qatar, and Carnoustie Resorts. He has also overseen VIP and hospitality services for major international events, including the Indian Super League (ISL), BCCI International Cricket Matches, Indian Ocean Naval Symposium, World Customs Organization Meet, G20, W20, and multiple International Doctors Conferences.
