From 6th July 2023, India’s aromatic and diverse cuisine will take center stage at “Kakori”, the Indian Specialty Restaurant at The Soaltee Kathmandu.

Guests are invited to be immersed in a culinary adventure of authentic Rajasthani cuisine created by Rajasthani Chef Naresh Sharma, all the way from India to lead the Food Festival. Chef Naresh, is an expert at presenting authentic Indian cuisine in a traditional style with his own unique spin in the preparation of the dishes to make them even more delectable. He is all set to do the same for the food lovers of Kathmandu through “Rajasthani Food Festival”  

Rich in diverse gourmandizing history, Indian cuisine is known for its aromatic flavours and spicy edge. The menu crafted by the Master Chef and the culinary team has curated a special thali set menu including authentic dishes such as Dungari paapd ki tokri, Pyaz kachori, Paneer Jodhpuri, Mewari rara chenna, Papad Mangodi ki subji, Aloo udaigiri, Pithod palak ki subzi, sukhi gobhi matter ki subzi and any more delicacies. To finish the flavourful and bold meal on a sweet note, Ghevar & Rabadi Rasgulla dessert concludes the menu.
