What’s one behind the scenes challenge guest don’t realize you handle, and how do you tackle it?
It’s been quite a wonderful journey working in the hotel industry. I have faced and overcame a variety of obstacles. However, one of the scene is like the scenes is dealing with things like managing each guest's journey to make sure they are taken care of and their needs are met.
To deal with all these details, it first entails developing and training the team and all the associates, preparing them so later they can take care of all the guests' needs and everything happens at the right time, anticipating problems, and remaining composed under pressure. This is the most crucial cycle for having both a satisfied guest and a satisfied team member.
I can then make sure that everyone is giving it their all and that the guest experience is seamless.

The Hospitality industry is fast-paced, how do you see women shaping its future?
The future of the hospitality sector is already being significantly shaped by women, and I believe this tendency will further intensify. Because the sector is fast-paced and always changing, women's distinct perspectives, leadership styles, and inventiveness will continue to propel development.
One way women are influencing the future is through their leadership in creating more inclusive and diverse environments, not only for guests but also for employees. In short, women are not just adapting to the changes in hospitality; they are leading them. Their leadership is creating a more inclusive, sustainable, and innovative future for the industry.

The key is staying calm, thinking quickly, and working closely with my team to find solutions before guests even realize there was a problem. Seeing a guest's smile after resolving an issue makes all the effort worth it.
