Hot Chocolate
There’s nothing like a good cup of hot chocolate to warm you up in these harsh winter winds. Whether you’re making it for yourself, or for a big group of friends, hot chocolate is always a crowd pleaser. What’s not to like about it? It’s warm, it’s chocolate-y and it’s delicious. What more, with a recipe this easy to make from a scratch, you won’t ever go for the generic store bought packets every again.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 50gms of milk or dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- A couple of marshmallows (optional)
Procedure:
- Pour a cup of milk in a saucepan and add chocolates and sugar to it.
- Stir the mixture to ensure that the chocolate melts properly and it doesn’t burn.
- You can add some cinnamon powder to add some spice and warmth to your drink.
- After pouring the hot chocolate to a cup, add some marshmallows to it and garnish it with some grated chocolate to add a restaurant touch.
