The Murgh Malai Kebab, also known as Chicken Malai Tikka, is a dish that delights both the senses and the palate. Each piece of chicken is meticulously marinated with a blend of salt, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, cheese, and fresh cream, ensuring a deep infusion of flavor. Cooked to perfection in a tandoor, the kebabs are served with a side of mint chutney, salad, and a fiery green chili. When the dish arrived at the table, it greeted us with a pleasant aroma that instantly awakened our appetite. The sizzling chicken malai tikka was tender and juicy, with a creamy texture from cheese that carried a delicate balance of spices. The smoky, juicy flavors in every bite were perfectly complemented by the subtle infusion of spices that penetrated deep into the meat, making this dish an absolute delight.

Mutton Shami Kebab

Mutton Shami Kebab immediately evoked a sense of warmth and comfort. This deep-fried kebab features minced mutton cooked with chana daal (lentils) and rice, all richly seasoned with a blend of rich Indian spices. From the very first bite, the kebab melts right in the mouth and delivers an explosion of flavors of spices and tender meat. Served warm, the kebabs boast a crisp exterior that gives way to a soft filling, making each bite a gratifying experience. Accompanied by mint chutney and a side salad, this dish is not just fulfilling but also an exceptional treat that perfectly balances taste Mirch and texture.

Paraley Mushroom

Paraley mushroom is a standout local dish featuring oyster mushrooms that are expertly marinated with salt, pepper, hot sauce, and ginger-garlic paste. Cooked in oil and tossed with onions and capsicum, this dish offers a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors. The rich seasoning enhances the natural umami of the mushrooms, making it a perfect option for vegetarians. Each bite delivers a delightful burst of flavor, and its satisfying and rich taste has made it one of my personal favorites.

Timure Chicken

Timure Chicken offers a bold and exhilarating flavor experience for spicy food enthusiasts. Shredded chicken is richly set to marinate in a blend of authentic Asian spices, then tossed with onions and capsicum. The dish is flavorful and more on a spicy side, delivering a powerful kick right from the first bite. The heat of the timure (Sichuan Pepper) is immediately felt, reviving the taste buds with every bite. Timure chicken, combination of tender and crispy chicken with fiery spices is perfect for those who love their food with an extra kick.

Malai kofta with Butter Naan

Malai Kofta is one of Mirch’s delights that brings gourmet Indian flavors right to your table. The koftas—delicate balls of potato infused with cottage cheese and spices—are perfectly fried to a crispy perfection. They are then tossed in malai- vibrant and buttery rich creamy gravy. The result is a comforting dish where the koftas absorb the flavorful sauce, offering a delightful contrast of textures. Malai Kofta can be paired with rice or naan, we had this indulgent dish with soft, warm butter naan, generously spread with butter, adding an extra layer of richness to each bite. 

Palak Paneer

Palak Paneer is a delicious fusion of tender spinach and Indian cottage cheese, immersed in a luscious, flavorful sauce. The velvety gravy, cooked with an aromatic spice, butter, and cream, pairs perfectly with soft, warm naan or rice. The paneer was fresh and exceptionally soft, providing a pleasing contrast to the creamy and slightly tangy spinach. The dish had a creamy texture with an earthy, mildly spicy flavor that makes each bite a satisfying experience. The spinach’s freshness and subtle tanginess meld seamlessly with the paneer’s creamy richness, offering a harmonious balance that’s both comforting and delicious. 

Mughlai chicken biryani

Mirch’s special Mughlai Chicken Biryani is a special dish that authentically represents Mughal cuisine. This dish features fragrant basmati rice cooked and paired with chicken. The chicken—comprising tender leg pieces, thighs, and breasts—is slow-cooked to perfection, allowing the aromatic spices like garam masala, cardamom, and saffron to infuse deep flavors to meld beautifully with the meat. The Mughlai Biryani had such a pleasant and distinctive aroma and a delightful taste of both ground and whole spices. The chicken pieces were flavorful, had authentic taste and was juicy. Served with cooling raita and a fresh salad, this Mughlai Chicken Biryani offered a truly genuine and comforting flavor.
