We had four delicious dishes at the place. Each of them had its unique flavour. The Pan Asian dish was a fusion of authentic and modern tastes. The flavours were so good, and the placing of every ingredient was perfect.

 

Smoked Salmon Sushi    Price-1400

The first dish was appetizing sushi that included so many flavours. 

I could taste the salmon and tuna so distinctly and got a strong taste of avocado, cucumber and lettuce. We got a spicy mayo and soya sauce on the side, adding delicious flavour to the dish. Placing the food plate on a wooden pot seemed so unique. The decoration did play a good role. The taste was beyond my expectations. Needless to say, I craved more of it.

Chef’s Special Fusion Caesar Salad     Price- 600

What is the first thing that comes to your mind while ordering a salad? A fresh crunchy bite and good taste that comes healthily, right? Well, that’s what the dish tasted like for me. The salad included fresh crunchy lettuce with grated parmesan cheese, croutons, shrimp, chicken with dressing and many more. The taste still lingers on my tongue when I write about it. The salad gave the best taste in every bite, and I must say it didn’t disappoint me.

 

Teriyaki Chicken Price 700

The main dish came with a beautiful place of steamed rice with grilled chicken. They placed the chicken on skewers with Hong Kong sauce. Well, the chef prepared them with a lot of effort. “It took me 5 hours to prepare the sauce”, he explained. I was amazed by the hard work and how flavourful it looked. The chicken was so juicy and delivered the perfect taste. The chicken was soft and chewy, and I could eat three more servings of it (Not Lying). The rice was perfectly steamed and went perfectly with the chicken. 

 

Blueberry Cheese Cake Price 300

A good meal ends with a good dessert. The blueberry cheesecake gave a perfect ending to our plate. It gave a perfectly icy taste to beat the heat of the day, and the taste of blueberry and cheese went perfectly well. The decoration of the food was well done. It was not too creamy or too sweet. It was just the perfect dessert for the day.

 

About the Chef

Starting his career at Raddison Hotel, Chef Pratap Tamang has worked in Soaltee Hotel and many other 5-star hotels in different countries. He is now back in Nepal to work in the hospitality industry. He has here worked in Godawari Village Resort, Ambassador Hotel and other many outlets too. He has specialized in Pan-Asian food and believes that the food must look appetizing before the taste. He started his journey in 2002 and is still developing his skills and creating fusions. Making a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers is his motive. Working at Sabrina Hotel for the last six months has been a delightful experience.
