When we look for places to eat, I guess everyone looks for an interesting but casual place. The ambience and service to meet each other perfectly and provide the perfect atmosphere in The Hyatt Place.

A five-star hotel which has just introduced itself to Nepal are that welcoming place where you can find uncomplicated experiences in a casual atmosphere. The place focuses on millennials who are smart, self-reliant, self-motivated, self-dependent and young (Aged 25 -48) who have or try achieving the best in life. Obviously, the other age group are served equally but the place suits best for those who have innovative ideas and different preferences. The food is presented in fine dining style but the service is as casual and friendly.

Hyatt place encourages people to be who they are and dims the idea of looking standardized. The price of each dish being dishes already shows how it welcomes people from everywhere and doesn’t limit the group of guests. It encourages the idea of “Be who you are” and the representation of true self.

Experiencing the service in The Hyatt Place, I must say it has well trained and educated staffs who have been to different parts of the world and experienced their cuisines. It also has one of the best dishes that are quite amazing and even if I wanted to, I couldn’t stop myself from trying each of them. The decoration and the presentation of the food already put on a great impression but the taste being equally satisfying was worth the compliment.

Chef’s special Belvedere Prawns

This was Belvedere Vodka infused prawns which are marinated with Indian Tandoori Spices and cooked in clay oven. This dish was actually very special. The flavor of each spice was perfectly on spot and the first one piece did the perfect start of the food for me. I couldn’t stop myself for trying the other piece too and each bite was equally good. The dish basically is one of the best options for people who are in love with sea food items. Anyone who visits Hyatt must try this special dish.

Open Faced Mushroom Lasagna

The second dish was authentic Italian mushroom Lasagna served in extra marinara sauce. This dish was so creamy and mouthwatering. The bite easily was the softest bite I took and I would go back to the dish time and again. The look of the dish was equally pleasing as the taste. When I saw the dish, I already knew it would leave me a beautiful memory.

Hummus Quinoa

The third one was a Mediterranean dish. The Quinoa Salas was served on the bed of hummus and garnished by butterscotch lettuce, olive oil and fresh pomegranate seeds. It was my first time ever trying a dish like this and I was quite impressed by the taste that the dish held. The texture of the dish was so beautiful and the entire dish was a good and satisfying experience.

Naanza

I had Naan and pizza a lot of times but I never had the mixture of both and never imagined how it would be like. Well, I must say this was the best combo I had and the taste was so appealing that I still remember how it was my favorite part of the whole food experience at The Hyatt Place. This was a fusion of Naan and pizza as suggested by the name which was prepared with the base of Naan, Indian makhana sauce and topped with chicken tikka and onion ring. If you don’t try this once, I guess you’ll miss a lot of good taste for your tongue.

Cheer me up

This chocolate mousse was so creamy and tasted so good that it melted every time I took the taste. It was not too sugary and I could still have more and nothing else would be perfect for the desert except the Cheer me up.

The drinks were really good and each one was new to me. I was really impressed by the presentation and the taste as well. I will never stop talking about each of them. The drinks are only available at The Hyatt Place and each are signature drinks.
